| 职位职责： | 1. 主要职责：
1、加强与供应商、工厂等的沟通联系, 保证产品的生产质量和货期
Important communication link between vendors, factories and various other parties to support the development, production and shipment of product
2、根据供应商的生产能力、货期对其进行归档, 以便支持快速的业务发展
Maintains key information and documentation on supplier capacity and capabilities, and lead time to support effective allocation decisions
3、系统地监控生产和库存情况, 及时、有效的解决在研发和生产的过程中所出现的问题, 保证产品的质量和货期
Systematically monitor the production status, WIP, and able to resolve issues that may occur in the production and development stage. Coordinates a timely resolution of production issues in order to reach quality and delivery objectives.
4、及时维护并更新ERP系统的数据，鉴别潜在问题，提出适当的解决方案
Have basic concept regarding ERP system, maintain and update system data at a timely manner, identifies potential problems and able to make appropriate recommendations to the management
5、理解并维护公司品牌形象，能够对新开发的供应商传达梦特娇公司的系统和标准
Understand and maintain/improve the brand image. Able to communicate and educate new vendors to understand Montagut’s system and standard
6、与供应商建立和保持良好的合作关系，和公司各部门保持顺畅的沟通
Maintain collaborative relationships and communications with all internal departments and branch offices
7、保持与供应商日常的沟通和联系
Day-to-day communicating with vendors and suppliers
8、向上级报告有关的日常工作进度和日常事务
Day-to-day report to superior regarding the working progress and daily issues
2. 主要要求：
1、 大专以上学历，服装纺织类相关专业College degree or above, major in clothing technology or manufacturing
2、 2-5年相关同等职位工作经验2-5 years of working experience in related field
3、 国语：优秀的听、说、写能力Mandarin: Excellent listening, speaking and writing skill
英语：良好的听、说、写能力English: Good listening, speaking and writing skill
4、 熟悉电脑office操作软件Good IT-/ERP-skills including Excel and Word；
熟悉系统数据库的使用和管理系统Comfortable with learning and using internal Product Data Management systems
5、 优秀的沟通表达Good communication skills
6、 系统、有组织的工作方式Systematical and well organized working style
7、 自我激励、诚实和有责任心Self motivation, integrity & take ownership
8、 优秀的计划能力Good planing ability
9 、 优秀的抗压能力Be able to work under pressure
