Recruitment & Training Manager

Job Description职位描述:


1. Making recruiting plan and strategy according to different requirements of departments;根据公司战略和部门的不同要,制作招聘计划;

2. Management of recruiting channels, including job hunter, recruitment agency, in order to meet;管理招聘渠道,包括猎头,招聘机构,以满足人才需求;

 

3. Reading and selecting resumes and arranging interview and test;查阅和筛选简历,并安排面试和测评;

4. Establish and give maintenance to talents and talents resource database, and keep a good, long-term relationship;建立人才信息库,经常与人才保持交流和联系,建立一个长期良好关系;

5. Collect and report data on hiring status and local employment market for management;搜集和汇报有关招聘情况和地方人才市场方面的相关数据;

6. Make of the job descriptions and competency profiles;制作工作说明书和权限范围;

7. Contacts with both our recruitment agencies and head hunter;与公司的猎头服务机构和普通的招聘机构保持良好的工作沟通和联络;

8. In charge of all recruiting related forms and report;负责制作招聘方面的相关报表和工作报告;

9. Set up/ maintain training policy, training procedure and training flow and to ensure its appropriate application;建立和维护公司的培训制度、培训程序、培训流程,并确保能够正常开展和实施培训工作;

10. Propose training budget according to both the business priority and the individual development needs;根据公司业务发展情况和员工个人职业发展需求,制订出培训预算;

11. Identify qualified external training resources and customize according to needs if appropriate;根据公司业务发展需求,对外寻找合适的培训机构;

12. Establish internal training resources to improve organization learning ability;建立公司内部培训体制,以提高员工的学习能力;

13. Help HRD resolve related issues as a HR professional. 协助人力资源总监处理相关人事方面的事务.

14. Accomplishing all the other tasks given by the supervisor on time.
负责按时、按质完成上级布置的各项工作.

素质要求:

1. With 5 years of HR experience, over 3 year in training and recruiting;5年人力资源工作经验,其中须有三年以上的培训和招聘工作经验;

2. Bachelor degree and above.大学本科以上学历。

3. Familiar with country and local labor law and rules, and correlativr labour and capital policy. 熟悉国家及当地的劳动法律、法规及相关的劳资政策。

4. Communication,interview and negotiation skills. 人际沟通、面试及谈判的技巧。

5. Familiar with establishing and operating training system. 熟悉培训系统的建立及操作。

6. Abundant HR experience,and possess skills of deal with sudden accident. 丰富的人事工作经验,且具备处理突发事件的能力。

 

7. Possess skills of organizing,leading and independent working. 具备组织、领导和独立工作的能力。

 

8. Good command on english熟练运用英语的能力。

9. Good command on OFFICE software.熟练运用OFFICE办公软件。

10. Stick to principle, keep company screct, deal with problems impartially. 坚持原则,严守公司机密,能公平、公正处理问题。

11. Have team spirit,can confront new challenge and have confidence to conquer difficulty. 富有团队精神,能面对新的挑战并有克服困难的信心。
